Another landmark handover complete — in Bangkok, Thailand
Another landmark handover complete — in Bangkok, Thailand.
We've just delivered a fully automated parking system for a luxury high-rise condominium — 221 parking spaces operating entirely below grade, with zero surface area given up to parking. Here's what went in:

System Specifications • Layers: 5 • Entrance / Exit: 3 entrances & 3 exits • Parking spaces: 221 • System composition: 3 lifts · 3 shuttles · 3 RGV robots • Average storage & pick-up time: ~90 seconds
Why the configuration matters With 3 lifts, 3 shuttles and 3 RGVs working in parallel, and three separate entry/exit portals, the system handles simultaneous arrivals and retrievals instead of queuing them into a single shaft. A ~90-second average store-and-retrieve cycle is what makes an automated garage feel as effortless as a valet — the driver hands over the car at the lobby, and the machine does the rest.

The detail we're proud of The system doesn't hide in a dark basement — it's part of the architecture: • The steel platforms, guide rails and lifting columns sit behind a full-height glass façade, visible from the street as a working display of the technology • Copper/bronze-clad columns and a dark glass curtain wall wrap the tower's base • A dark slatted metal ceiling with linear LED lighting carries drivers through to the entry/exit bays — clear "ENTRY / EXIT" signage and level indicators at every portal • Inside, an interactive screen in the lobby lets residents summon their vehicle with a card tap, while staff receive them at the bay

If you're a developer, architect or property manager planning an automated parking solution for a residential or mixed-use project, let's compare notes — happy to share what we've learned from 5-layer, multi-portal systems like this one.
